Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist team members with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office events as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and tracking of company records.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to maintain office operations.
  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer service-focused approach.
